Healthy Mind Solutions (HMS) is a digital mental health assessment, maintenance, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) platform to manage mental disorders, including anxiety and depression.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a well-established form of psychological treatment that has been proven to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders and severe mental illness.

The HMS CBT platform is based on the core principles that mental disorders are often attributed to the way we think, and the behavior patterns we adopt. Just by tweaking the way we frame things, and adjusting the way we react to situations, we will be able to cope with mental disorders better and relieve the symptoms.

The HMS CBT modules involve simple exercises using provided worksheets to modify the way we perceive the world and develop thinking patterns that creates positive results in our lives. Not only will we have a happier life, but we will also gain a better understanding of the behavior and motivation of others. As a result, we have the power to turnaround difficult situations into positive outcomes. 

There are 4 main components to the HMS platform:

1. Assessment/Quiz

An Artificial Intelligence (AI) based questionnaire that identifies potential mental disorders and provides a summary diagnosis report.

2. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Exercises

  • Overcoming Anxiety is a 9-step module that combines education and behaviour exercises to deliver anxiety relieving results.
  • Overcoming Depression is a 9-step module that combines education and behaviour exercises to deliver depression relieving outcomes.

3. Additional Therapy Modules under More Help

4. Community Support

Members become part of a Global Community supported by Health Professionals including therapists. This community allows the sharing of success stories, best practices for mental health and addresses the most Frequently Asked Questions. With this community, everyone feels that we are together on the journey to wellness, and everyone is there for each other.

Here are a few tips to have the best results with HMS:

1. Be honest and accurate when providing answers to the self-assessment (where you currently are and not where you want to be). This will allow the programme to give you an accurate diagnosis and management plan.

2. Complete the exercises and worksheets daily, as this is the fastest way for you to get results from the programme. (We suggest that you print out the worksheets for easy reference.)

3. Mental health, like physical health, needs daily habits. Stick to a regular plan and have scheduled mental health checks to ensure that you are on track.

4. Share your mental health journey with family members and/or friends. You will have “up” days and “down” days and you will need people to celebrate your wins with, and people to boost you up when you need it.

5. Know your mental stress triggers and be watchful for them. Use the digital resources available on the HMS platform to manage your triggers.
