Yes, I even sometimes develop symptoms after reading on this site. How quickly things can get into your head, yet the things we want to put in our heads bounce off or something! Never gave a 2nd thought to eating problems till I read about them here. Now I always think about that when I eat. AARRGGGGG!!!!!! What in the heck's going on? The other day I tried not to read so much panic material and I felt a little better. But I want to learn more so I can get better sooner. Maybe I should just slow down.
