Walked on the treadmill twice for 30 minutes. I did my abs tape once. Got to talk to my dad this evening he has been discharged I feel better. He thinks he just had angina, but will be scheduling a stress test to make sure it's nothing bigger.

My goal was 1450, but I had to work over at my job. I think the wine made me sleepy

Kaitilina,
Congratulations on 30 days!!!
It looks like you're on track to reach your goal.
Great suggestion with this topic. It's giving me something else to think about while I quit. It's kind of one of those things, " If you have a headache and someone steps on your foot you stop thinking about how much your head hurts.

Hi,
I'd like to join in. Today is my first day of watching my intake. I weighed in at 206 today. I've gained 58 pounds in 2 years-only 10 of it I chalk up to stopping smoking. The rest is inactivity and a perscription drug I was on for a allergic reaction I was having. The doctor has changed my medication-so I no longer have an excuss.

No alcohol today.
Once again I didn't get on the treadmill, but walked to the Grocery store and ran errands. I still weigh in at 196, but I'm not complaining. It's better than 206 when I started.
