Help - I don't want to relapse!

Yes Maam, help is right here. DO NOT EVER SMOKE. Smoking never made anything better. The only thing smoking will do is put you right where you need to be to have to start all over again. Use your tools. If it's news that makes you want to cry, then cry, but DO NOT EVER SMOKE! I have about 38 or 39 days today and I've been thru some things like that at about 20-30 days and I didn't have to smoke and neither do you. Feeling sorry for yourself will do you no good either. If you are a praying woman, pray, but DO NOT EVER SMOKE! I wish you the best of luck. Let us know how you are doing. I am on my 23rd day of no smoking and I've gotten the shakes because of very bad personal news that shook me to my feet. All I want to do is go cry and smoke a cigarette and feel sorry for myself. Any help out there?
