If it wasn't hard to quit..How much of a profit would the tobacco companies actually make as taxes and costs skyrocket? No one would be smoking. It still hold true that anything worthwhile has a price..Fighting to get tobacco free is tough!! It's something we have to go through, but check out the benefits. Your sense of smell will return.. OK that could be good or bad..LOL Your sense of taste comes back, you'll breathe easier, and there won't be that nasty hack that is sometimes accompanied by some nasty goo. It is SO worth it!! today has been roughest than yesterday !!!! :( i just can't believe it. i stayed smoke free, but seriuosly i felt like i was fighting with myself !!! the withdrawals were not when i expected them, and i thought i had done the hardest part this morning, and right now i still feel i need nicotine but i don't wanna light up. nope, nope, nope!!! gunnar, hang on, we're gonna make it :eg:
