hi vickers4 thanks so much for your advice, similar to how i get through things sometimes, but sometimes you get this kind of fog when you cant think straight but rang the docs and said it was fine to have it done in the surgery sometimes just asking is empowering knowing you do have a choice and in my case is ok to show a bit of weakness, but anyway thanks again, regarding the email, which i am really looking forward to getting i have not received anything as yet, was wondering if you could try again for me as we have had bit emails before that were fine, so trying to work out where the problem is, i have another email address to try which is stephen.all466@onetel.net, sorry that you have to keep trying but rest assured it is really appreciated. Hello again! ;) There are three emails in all. As far as I can tell, only one came back as too big. But, since you removed some things I will send it again and hopefully it will go through. Let me know if you don't get all three. One thing I always do to get me through things that I am incredibly anxious about like your blood tests, is make myself do it and get it over with regardless of the anxiety / panic and I try to trick myself by saying, it's just a few more minutes and it will be over. I also tell myself, this is just anxiety and you've gotten through it before so you can get through it now. Try that and see if it helps you get through your medical stuff. I know it's unnerving but if you don't get it done, you won't know what needs to be taken care of if anything. Not knowing is always worse than knowing. Good Luck!!

:)hi again vickers4, have just tried to download your email to me of the linden method, unfortunately we had some other stuff we had to remove to get the email, not enough capacity or something v confusing stuff, anyway the long and short of it is i am all ready to receive the email now should be enough capacity, would really appreciate you sending it again sorry for the nuisance. thanks vickers4 for your offer it is very kind of you to spare your time, i will eagerly look forward to recieving it and will let you know when i have done so we know it arrived safely, i guess it is like a CBT type of programme which i would love to do but is expensive, am also going to try the programme on this site, had bad day yesterday meant to go for blood test for thyroid medication and couldnt go in the hospital to get it done as my gp surgery doesent do it on site am going to be daring and ask them if i can get it done there (they only do senior citizens) at the surgery as i have anxiety problems find it hard to ask for such things grrrr is so frustrating this anxiety thing. thanks again. will let you know when i get email.

Hey Sarah! I had received an email from someone on this website with the downloads of the Linden Method. The personal who sent it to me told me that it does not contain the introduction because it is so large but she did send the program without it. If you would like, I would be more than happy to send it to you. Just post your email and I will forward it to you.

Hi sarah, I have the linden method and I do agree with you it is expensive. In this I received 2 cd's, 1 is The Linden Method Visualisation Excercise and the other cd is called The Linden Method The Nine Pillars Visualisation. I also received a video cassette it is called The QI Kung De-Stress. And I also received a big book written by Charles Linden this is called The Anxiety Disorder & Panic Attack Solution. This book has 209 pages. I have not read all of the book yet but I will tell you what's in the index: Welcome The Ethos The Nine Pillars Forward Chapter 1 My Story Chapter 2 The Anatomy of Anxiety Chapter 3 What are Phobias Chapter 4 Stopping Anxiety Chapter 5 Diversion & Relaxation Tactics Chapter 6 Breathing Chapter 7 Prescription Drugs Chapter 8 Non Prescription Medication Chapter 9 Withdrawal Program Chapter 10 Diet Chapter 11 Smoking & Alcohol Chapter 12 Continuing the Journey Chapter 13 Posture Chapter 14 Environmental Factors Chapter 15 Child Anxiety Chapter 16 Points to Consider Chapter 17 Guidance for Partners Chapter 18 Conclusion Useful contacts Glossary...
