So true Davit. During those times when its tough to believe, we need to remind ourselves to never give up. As Sunny mentioned, it is important to take a break, sit back and listen sometimes. We will begin hearing our inner voice and realize those 'demons' are irrational thoughts

Yes believing 100% is tough when the demons start to point out reasons not to even if they are not true.

Yes, quite true. Sometimes it's good to take a little break, step back and just be. During those quiet times sometimes the answers present themselves, all by themselves. Sometimes it is good to just sit and wait and listen.
