Hello,
So as I have mentioned I deal with anxiety and panic attacks. I have always had attachment issues due to past trauma and terrible relationships. I am currently struggling with my bf because I get really anxious when he is gone for long periods. I feel like I am going crazy. I really don't want to be controlling but I sometimes don't want him to go out. Can anyone relate?
