PM had a bad thought and time

A drink of ice cold water, deep breathing, suck on a straw instead of a cigarette! Come here and post or read about how many chemicals there are in a cigarette and how it is designed to make you an addict! It truly is an addiction, and it will try your willpower  many, many times more.
You did the right thing, PM, leave them right where they were! You will get stronger with each passing day and you will feel better with each passing day and you will come to a time when you won't have to be quite so diligent anymore!
Take it one day at a time, "I will not smoke today!" "Smoking is NOT an option!" "NOPE"
Use all the 'tools' you can, and you will SUCCEED!

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 3/5/2007
Smoke-Free Days: 596
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 14,900
Amount Saved: $6,287.80
Life Gained:
Days: 78 Hrs: 6 Mins: 4 Seconds: 21
