Dark Chocolate!!

Yes - my wife and I both feel better after specifically eating very dark chocolate! Specialty grocers have 70% cocoa grades. Don't know a lot about the science about it - don't care! :)

Great idea Susanne! I love ice cream! Cheryl who might just stop on the store on the way home from work and get some!

Dear Smiley, Caffeine isn't the most recommended thing to ingest if you are a panic sufferer. The Hershey's minature sounds like a great idea. Just enough to fill the temptation, but not enough to overload the caffeine. A suggestion... try chocolate ice cream, it has the lowest amount of caffeine in it. Susanne

Too funny! My last post said "hee-hee:p". That was suppose to be a smiley face after the hee-hee.....o'well - you knew what I meant. ;p

Like Susanne said, how much you eat is up to you. A Hershey's Special Dark miniature (sometimes 2 -hee-hee:p)does the trick for me. If I were to eat a whole regular size candy bar, then the caffeine would make my heart race. Happy Eating!!

Dear dCheryl, Dark Chocolate...yumm! How much you eat is really up to you. Just remember that chocolate has caffeine in it. Susanne

I was wondering about that myself. I love chocolate, but have cut it out of my diet. Dark chocolate just happens to be my favorite and I did read in a magazine recently that it produces that "feel good" chemical. How much do you think is too much?

Just a thought for all of you......... Whenever I get anxious, I eat a piece of dark chocolate. You've probably heard that chocolate produces the "feel good" chemicals in your brain. It must be dark though - the darker the better. Milk chocolate won't work as well. I always have some dark chocolate on hand just in case. Don't eat too much though cause then the caffeine will counteract!
