So fill 'em up, Smokey. Take a deep breath of pure, clean air... and thank God that you still can.
OK, I'm not dismissing the frustration you feel, but I guarantee you... before too long you'll look back at this day and think, "That was insane. My craving for poisonous gases in the form of tobacco... was absolutely insane!"
Understandable, though. I mean we've been doing this every 1/2 hour or so for how long?
And that's all this is; resistance to change. But it gets easier. Honest!! I'm not that far along yet, myself... but I'm having good days back to back! :)
Hang in there. It'll be great. You just have to focus on the smoke-free life that you're living rather than the smoke-filled life that you're leaving behind.

Thanks for the support guys,I made it thru,no smokes. Now let me, tell you guys something funny !!! My work requires that you could be randomly drug tested any time, well last thursday they tested me .My results were to clean or diluted they called it. So,they made me take another one today. I have been drinking so much water ,I quessed I flushed everything out,I dont do drugs ,other than a aspirin once in awhile. Is this not hilarious or what !!!!!
Hang in there Smokey. You are doing a great job. Deep breathing is Godsend in times like these. I find drinking clear cold water really helps too.
Remember, these frustrating times are TEMPORARY. Be good to yourself right now and just know...this too shall pass. There are lots of good times ahead.
You CAN do this,
Cheers, Jan

Smokey,
I know exactly how you feel. Lately that is what I have wanted to do, but frankly once you get past the first week, you don't ever want to have to do that again. So stay quit, stay strong! You can do this. You know you can do this. I know, you know, that you know you can do this!!!!!!
