Hi doodles How's it going? Hope everything is all right. I'm on day 23 now and hanging in there. Had a couple of bad cravings today but I pulled through. Hope you're doing ok. Gin, Glad to see you back at it! To download the Road to Success Workbook: 1) Click on the "Downloads" tab of your Glove Compartment 2) After clicking the "click here" hyperlink to download the workbook a dialogue box similar to the one below will open. Click on the "Open" button on the left. 3) Another window should open that will show the "Road to Success" workbook as a red, PDF file similar to the one below. If you double click the icon, the workbook should open and you can then save it to your own computer. This workbook has SUCH great information and was an enormous help in getting me started. It is worth the extra steps of downloading it. You can make it Gin. You just have to be strong and know that the really hard parts only last a very short time. I know it's hard to remember that when you are in the throws of withdrawal, but it's true that it gets easier every day. Remember to give yourself credit for doing this...for even trying to do this...and reward yourself well for what you are accomplishing. Also, I believe there is an option for having the workbook sent to you (if I remember correctly). :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 99 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,970 Amount Saved: $579.15 Life Gained: Days: 8 Hrs: 21 Mins: 32 Seconds: 32

Btw, Martha, I tried to download Road to Success and I couldn't do it. It's too complicated for me. I guess I'm not a computer whiz. It's going not too bad Martha. I'm pulling through a little bit at a time. I guess I'll have cravings for some time. I had a terrible craving earlier and I decided to go back on the patch. It's helping somewhat. I've got another 4 weeks of Step 1 and then I'll decrease the dosage after that. I did 10 days before which is an unbelievable amount for me so I know I can do it. Got to persevere. Gin, How's it going today? Let us know, good or bad. Have you downloaded the "Road to Success" Workbook? If not, it is under the downloads tab after you first login. Also, the Education tab has some great resources to get you excited about life as a non-smoker.
