I just hit my 8 months milestone on sept 23. I  am trying not to think much about it. For some reason smoking toughts become stronger when I am around a milestone. Nothing I can't control but annoying.
My Milage:

My Quit Date: 1/23/2009
Smoke-Free Days: 247
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,705
Amount Saved: $370.50
Life Gained:
Days: 28 Hrs: 3 Mins: 9 Seconds: 0

Last year, when my friend came to visit from San Francisco, I wanted to be smoke free. Well, I didn't make it. She came to visit this week, and I was smoke-free and had been for almost five months. I'm just going to rack up days--one day at a time.

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 5/1/2009
Smoke-Free Days: 148
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,144
Amount Saved: $1,605.80
Life Gained:
Days: 16 Hrs: 5 Mins: 51 Seconds: 4

Everyday should be a success, no matter how big or small!

Have you hit a milestone?
Did you reach a goal?

This is an amazing way to validate what you are trying to achieve on a daily basis.

What success did you achieve this week?
