I have not posted on this site for a while now. I just got an urge this morning to announce to you all that I am free of nicotine addiction for more than 5 months now. Nearly at the 1/2 year milestone. Although I remain vigilant I would like to encourage early quitters by letting you know that being free of nicotine now at my stage is not only easy but is a constant cause of celebration for me. Keep it up. For the experience quitters - hello - I hope I never catch up on your quit.
