Your Guide to Quitting - Preparation is Key

No more jitters between fixes.  Blood pressure normal.  Good sleeps. No more stinkin' thinkin' like an elevator stuck between floors, no more following the crowd in the wrong direction, and on and on.

Newbies,

Some quitters found that they needed time to think about whether or not they wanted to quit. They also needed time to prepare. The first step in preparing for any quit is ask yourself: “Why am I quitting?” It’ll be especially important to remind yourself of your personal benefits of quitting when you’re experiencing withdrawal symptoms.
Each smoker has their own reasons for quitting. Many have found that reviewing their own benefits on a regular basis help them through difficult times.

Members,
