In session two, specifically on The Reachable Goals page, you can find some examples of goals. We do not have examples of filled out sheets currently. Do you have any specific questions? You could also share your goals if you would like some feedback.

can you tell me whether there is an example of how a Goal Planner sheet can be filled out?
Is there an example somewhere on this site so I could have a look and better understand how to utilize that form in my case?
