Hi

Recently I've started taking a hot malty drink just before I go to bed and when I go to bed after doing a bit of reading I focus on my breathing to clear my mind.  As I mentioned this is recently but I've been going to sleep alot quicker.

Before bed, I put a hot rag on my neck and relax  with the hot rag on my neck for a few minutes. I also read from Joel Osteen's book "Become a Better You" until I get sleepy. It has really helped me to relax at night.

Hope

Hello AfraidinSydney.

Very interesting. There are some other sites also. Some almost hypnotic. Very calming. Similar to the CDs I use.

I found them one day while searching the internet for something to help me calm my panic. This site offers many wonderful things and amongst them, they offer about 7 or 8 free eight to ten minute very HIGH quality guided meditations for FREE. Do a search for selfhelptree.  My favorite is the beach meditation. Her voice is so soothing and the sounds are nice. I hope it can help someone relax a little. Please let me know how you like it.
